Memories: Alice and The Mad Hatter

🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓

Two years ago, my family and I went on vacation to a beach town about three hours away from where I live to stay for a couple of days. It was technically the first time I wore lolita in public!

It was also a historic town, so I thought that the fashion would be the perfect choice to wear around the town.

The first day we arrived (after a day at the beach, of course) my family and I decided to explore the shops along a nearby street. I was feeling sweet that day, so I decided to wear To Alice's Ice & Snow Doll jumperskirt!

Coord Rundown:

Bunny Ears, Wig, Choker, Blouse, Shoes: Youvimi

JSK: To Alice "Ice & Snow Doll" JSK in Sax

Socks: Walmart

We decided to browse a few shops first, including a candy store and a bath shop (because I am a sucker for scented soap). Later on in the trip, we went back and I made my own custom scent of lotion! It smelled amazing.

After a few more shops, we were hungry so we decided to stop by a local restaurant known as The Mad Hatter. As we were waiting to be seated, a waitress asked if I was suppose to be Alice. What a coincidence! I didn't even think about this restaurant when creating my coord.

I ended ordering a completely vegan ravioli dish and it was delicious! Ever since this day, in fact, I've been eating more and more vegan food. Just looking at it makes me crave it...yum!

We did a little bit more shopping after we ate until it was time for our carriage ride! We had scheduled a horse and carriage tour to take us around the town to see the most well-known spots as well as the stunning Victorian-era architecture. Unfortunately, I did not get a picture of myself in the carriage like I wanted to, but I did get a small photo I liked!

To end the night, my family and I stopped by a crêpe place where I ordered a delicious Oreo bubble waffle! It was the perfect sweet treat.

It was such a nice day, and I'm glad I have such fond memories of it. I hope you enjoyed this post! I plan to post another memory from this vacation soon. Have a great day!

With love,

Poppy
